Customer service is excellent. Alex answered my calls no matter what time and which day I called him. Loading and unloading staff is very professional. WG sent a crew with a supervisor (Mr. Stone), who is very courteous and professional. I am extremely pleased and satisfied customer.

It was a long day, but the energy of the crew never dropped. Adam kept everyone organized and made sure the most important items were unloaded first so I could start unpacking right away.

A small detail that made a difference was how the screws and parts from disassembled furniture were kept in labeled bags. It made reassembly easier later and saved time.

Just got done unpacking and wanted to leave this before I forget. The movers were respectful and took care of my things the entire time. Nothing got scratched, and everything arrived exactly where I wanted it.
