Things were lost and damaged. It was an apartment full of furniture I put in storage. I honestly thought they were out of business.

Hired these guys years ago. They were significantly more expensive than another moving company a year previous. And that's before a big "extra" charge for wrapping the furniture. When the guys showed up, mywife asked "do you wrap the furniture?" The guys said "we can to that" but failed to inform us...

ADD 50% ON TO YOUR ESTIMATE!!Estimate was "below 3000 lb minimum ($3500)" actual was $5500. I only added a bed frame and side tables but took away a heavy credenza, so did not add 50% weight.
